Life Restoration is a non-governmental organization in Tanzania dedicated to promoting and protecting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of vulnerable children and adolescents. We place mental wellbeing at the center while addressing the social, economic, educational, and environmental challenges that undermine it. Through safe, joyful, and inclusive spaces that combine play, sports, creative expression, and life skills, Life Restoration strengthens resilience, breaks stigma, and supports young people to heal, grow, and shape their future with dignity and hope.
